Time Reveals the Story
At Mascarin, we believe a wine is never standing still. With time, bright fruit softens, texture deepens, and the vineyard begins to speak in a quieter, more layered voice.
Each release reflects a moment in the life of a vineyardβand every year in bottle offers a new way to experience it.

TWO NEW RELEASES
Two white wines. Two timeless expressions made for every season and every table.

Dalya Estate Chardonnay Β· 2023 Β· $59
Coastal by nature. Layered by place.
This limited-production, organically grown Chardonnay reflects the cool Sonoma Coast climate and the distinct character of Dalya Estate. Fresh and lifted at first pour, it unfolds with bright citrus, subtle texture, and a quiet depth that continues to develop in the glass.

Mascarin Sauvignon Blanc Β· 2025 Β· $36
Bright by nature. Made for the table.
Our first-ever Mascarin Sauvignon Blanc is fresh, expressive, and full of energy. Crisp citrus and bright acidity give it an easy lift, while its texture and balance make it a natural fit from warm afternoons to cool-weather dinners.
– Two returning favorites-
AT THEIR PEAK
Two earlier wines return this fall, both drinking beautifully right now. When allocations open, youβll be able to include either alongside the wines you customize in your shipment.

Mascarin Whole Cluster Pinot NoirΒ· 2023 Β· $69
Lifted by the winemaking. Grounded in place.
Made with whole-cluster fermentation, this Moonshine Vineyard Pinot Noir brings together bright red fruit, savory spice, and floral aromatics. The stems add energy and structure, giving the wine a graceful texture and a finish that keeps unfolding in the glass.

Mori Vineyard Zinfandel, Russian River Valley Β· 2021 Β· $41
A different kind of Zinfandel.
This very small-production library release is light on its feet and more delicate than expected, with bright red fruit, gentle spice, and a silky finish. Serve it with a light chill for an unexpectedly fresh expression of Russian River Valley Zinfandel.
